Open the download
Find Deskling.dmg in your Downloads folder and double-click it.

Drag to Applications
In the window that opens, drag Deskling onto the Applications folder.

Open it
Launch Deskling from Applications. The first time, macOS asks if you’re sure. Click Open.

Say hello
Your Deskling appears at the bottom of your screen, and a small icon joins your menu bar.

Something not right?
The most common questions, answered.
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click “Open Anyway” next to Deskling. You only need to do this once.
Click the Deskling icon in your menu bar and choose “Show Deskling”. If you paused it, it wakes up on its own when the pause ends.
Yes, by default. Turn it off in Settings… from the menu bar icon.
No. It stays at the bottom of the screen and moves aside for your cursor. Hide it any time from the menu bar.
Choose Quit Deskling from the menu bar icon, then drag Deskling from your Applications folder to the Trash.
